G&T aims to give every employee the opportunity to develop both professionally and personally throughout their career. A varied developmental programme called Training for Success (TfS) is available to all employees across the world.

TfS sessions are delivered by in-house professionals and industry experts around areas such as sector knowledge, technical skills, relationship management, business development and personal effectiveness. To ensure that employees, both technical and support, are up-to-date with latest industry developments in their specialist areas we also provide industry focused seminars, talks and networking events. Once you join G&T every opportunity will be provided to you to develop your skills and your career path.

Our TfS programme encompasses:

Graduate Training - encompassing both APC and other professional qualifications. G&T has a successful Graduate Development Scheme for graduates which consistently achieves a very high APC pass rate.

Continued Professional Development - facilitated through an annual programme of training arranged in response to needs identified in annual staff appraisals. This is often delivered by external providers and experts who deliver up-to-the-minute industry insights.

Career Skills - encompasses professional, technical, personal, management and leadership skills, as well as soft skills including effective presentation skills, networking and negotiation. An on-going programme is run throughout the year using external and internal providers.

Advanced Training - on a case by case basis G&T also supports individual applications for long courses such as MBA, MSc, MA and vocational qualifications.
